PAINTED DOORS AND PANELS

At the higher end of the pricing scale, the major attraction of this finish, apart from its boldness and fresh vibrant colour, is its flexibility.  Because doors are not pre-finished, a greater variety is afforded in terms of colours and designer profiles.  

The basis of the painted cabinet door and panel is core board/material which is then coated using a factory sprayed tough finish paint (similar to that used on car bodies).

Painted doors are available in textured, satin, gloss and metallic surface finishes.

SOLID TIMBER DOORS AND PANELS

In a similar pricing bracket to painted doors and panels are solid timber doors and panels.  

Think past the pine kitchens of the 70's and 80's.  Today, timber can be used to create a contemporary or classic look.  

Timber doors, like timber bench-tops, come in a range of colours, from the pale tones of American White Oak to the rich red shades of Jarrah and the deep brown tones of Sydney Blue Gum.

And of course each timber type comes with its own distinctive grain and markings.

Cost will vary according to the species of timber used.
